Andrew A. Thoresen
Chairman
Mr. Thoresen has over 30 years experience
in various financial and auditing management
positions in both large and small businesses,
including five years as a CPA for a national
CPA firm. Mr. Thoresen has been the co-owner
in three start-up businesses. He is currently
co-owner of a professional employer organization
firm where he is responsible for the overall
operations including finance, accounting,
legal, and contracts. Mr. Thoresen consults
in the areas of compensation programs,
benefit program design and financing, and
overall human resource programs and systems.
Mr. Thoresen received his B.A. in Accounting
in 1967 from the University of Washington.

Diehl R. Rettig
Diehl R. Rettig is the senior partner of Rettig Osborne Forgette, LLP, a law firm based in Kennewick, Washington, and has been in private practice in the community since 1970. Mr. Rettig is very active in community activities. Mr. Rettig received a Bachelor of Commercial Science degree from Seattle University in 1965 with a major in accounting and a Juris Doctor degree from Gonzaga Law School in 1969 where he graduated cum laude. He was a member of the Gonzaga Law Review Editorial Board and S.B.A. President in 1969. Mr. Rettig also served as Bailiff in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington for the Honorable Charles L. Powell, deceased, from 1968 to 1969 and as a law clerk to Judge Powell from 1969 to 1970. Mr. Rettig was President of the Benton-Franklin Counties Bar Association in 1979 and in that year became an A.V. rated lawyer, the 1st year of his eligibility. Mr. Rettig has been a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers since 1994 and designated a “Super Lawyer”
every year since the inception of “Super Lawyer” rating program. Mr. Rettig has been
an active trial attorney in the Eastern and Western United States District Courts since
admitted to practice in the Eastern District in 1970 and in the Western District in
1971. Mr. Rettig was also admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit in 1981, and is
currently serving a three year term as a Lawyer Representative to the 9th Circuit
Judicial Conference from the Eastern District of Washington.

William N. Lampson
Mr. Lampson has served as President
and CEO of Lampson International, LLC
and affiliate companies in the heavy
hauling, rigging, and manufacturing business
since 1980. Mr. Lampson has also served
as the Chairman of the Board of Columbia
Trust Bank since 1996, been an owner
and director of Columbia Basin Racquet
Club since 1990, and been an owner and
director of Life Quest Health Systems
since 1998. Mr. Lampson graduated from
Gonzaga University in 1972 with a degree
in Business Administration.

Robert L. Ferguson
Mr. Ferguson has over 40 years of management
and technical experience in the government
and commercial sectors. He held positions
of major project and program responsibilities
while in the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission,
the Energy Research and Development Administration,
and the U.S. Department of Energy. His
private experience includes CEO of the
Washington Public Power Supply System,
Chairman of the Board of UNC Nuclear
Industries, and Corporate Vice President
of Science Applications International
Corporation. In addition to his experience
in managing major projects and programs,
Mr. Ferguson has experience in the startup
of new companies, has served on boards
of public and private corporations and,
most recently, is a founder and board
member of Columbia Trust Bank. His current
focus is on the management and financing
of technology-based startup companies.
Mr. Ferguson is a 1954 graduate of Gonzaga
University with a B.S. in Physics.

Edward Reinhart
Edward C. Reinhart is a graduate of Washington State University. He is the co-founder of Capital Advisors Wealth Management which is an investment advisory firm. Mr. Reinhart holds the designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and works on the investment team to develop and guide the firm’s overall investment philosophy. He is active in several non-profit boards and is very involved in the local Rotary club. He also founded Reinhart Enterprises, LLC which develops and manages commercial property. |
David Lippes
David Lippes is the founder, Chairman and CEO of TiSport, LLC. Under the TiLite Brand, TiSport designs, manufactures and markets ultralight, custom-fitted manual wheelchairs. TiLite is sold in 29 countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, all member countries of the European Union and various countries throughout Asia, South America and the Middle East. TiSport also manufactures a broad range of titanium products for the medical, commercial and sports markets.
Prior to founding TiSport, David was an associate with the law firm of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan in New York, New York and Los Angeles, California, where David specialized in securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Mr. Lippes serves on the board of various community organizations, including the Three Rivers Community Foundation, Kadlec Health Systems and TRIDEC.
