Mr. Lippes is the founder, Chairman and CEO of TiSport, LLC. Under the TiLite Brand, TiSport designs, manufactures and markets ultralight, custom-fitted manual wheelchairs. TiLite products are sold in 29 countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Asia, South America and the Middle East. TiSport also manufactures a broad range of titanium products for the medical, commercial and sports markets.
Prior to founding TiSport, Mr. Lippes was an associate with the law firm of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan in New York, New York and Los Angeles, California, where he specialized in securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Mr. Lippes serves on the board of various community organizations, including the Three Rivers Community Foundation, Kadlec Health Systems and TRIDEC.
