Matt Hammer, CEO

Matt co-founded ImageWorks in 1994 and was President of the firm until its acquisition by Vivid in 2004.  In 2005, he became Vivid’s Chief Operations Officer and was named President and Chief Executive Officer in 2007.  Matt is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic vision of the firm with special emphasis on marketing and strategic partnerships.  Matt has a BA in Marketing and Business Administration from Washington State University and 15 years of executive leadership experience in technology-based companies.  Matt is Vice-Chairman of the Three Rivers Community Foundation, Vice President of the Washington State STEM Education Foundation and Charter Member/Board Director of PLADD (People Learning About Destructive Decisions).

Rabindra brings to Vivid over 9 years experience in the e-learning industry and over 15 years of leadership experience through the management of sales and marketing operations for diverse business environments ranging from consumer products to technology solutions.  As Vivid's Director of Marketing & Sales (2004 - 2007), Rabindra was responsible for strategic planning, development of communications and marketing programs, and defining infrastructure and sales operations to support inside sales, field sales, partner programs and strategic relationships.  As Chief Marketing Officer (2008 - 2009) Rabindra oversaw the Vivid Learning Systems marketing, sales, and business development activities along with driving Vivid's acquisition and growth strategy.  In his current role as Chief Operating Officer (2009 - Present) Rabindra is responsible for the implementation of the organization's vision and tactical plan including the management of its business operations (production, distribution, business development, marketing, and sales).  Rabindra holds a BA from St. Stephens College in New Delhi, India and an MBA from Washington State University in Pullman, WA.

Jonathan Hunt, CFO
Chief Financial Officer

Jonathan joined Vivid in October 2009 as its Chief Financial Officer.  He has over 15 years of finance, accounting, and systems experience including financial reporting, operational analysis, budgeting, and forecasting in a variety of industries.  Jonathan is responsible for the financial and administrative aspects of the organization and assists with the development and implementation of the company’s strategic vision and tactical plan.  Jonathan holds Masters of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science degrees from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeremy started with Imageworks (a Vivid Learning Systems Company) in 2001.  In his role as Production Manager at ImageWorks, Jeremy was responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of custom products ranging from interactive web and CD-ROM applications to marketing communications and online training.  As Director of Product Development, Jeremy oversees the development of Vivid Learning Systems' entire product line that includes both custom and subscription based products and services.  Jeremy has a BA in Computer Science with a focus in Multimedia Programming and Web Development from Eastern Washington University.

Duane is a 17 year sales veteran in the technology industry with over 12 years of sales operations experience in the wireless business.  He also has several years of experience in both financial and contract management.  Since joining Vivid Duane has been instrumental in registering significant growth in multiple industries including Healthcare, Food Safety and General Manufacturing while successfully managing existing distribution channels as well as developing new ones.  As Director of Sales he is responsible for the overall coordination, day to day functional management, and leadership of Vivid's sales activities and related operations.   Duane is a former CPA in the state of Washington and a graduate of Washington State University with a BA in Business Administration.
