Vivid’s enterprise-level LMS offering, eClarus Enterprise Edition (eClarus EE), utilizes an industry leading LMS platform.  This platform, paired with our knowledgeable and dedicated professional services team, provides a powerful training delivery solution.  Vivid’s team brings added value in the form of providing a turnkey solution that includes customer and technical support, implementation services, administrator training, training data migration, and HRIS/ERP integration.

Some of the features of the fully hosted eClarus EE include:

  • Reporting of all training activities (time, date, scores, comments, credits, etc.) which then can be downloaded as a PDF, Excel, tiff and Word documents
  • Robust classroom training tracking features, including:
    • Scheduling and tracking of all classroom training sessions
    • Ability to quickly give all attendees credit
    • Printing of class rosters
    • Automatic scheduling of sessions on Outlook calendar
    • Instructor mode for instructors to view and manage schedule
  • Open platform that provides ability for TAI to upload other training, including:
    • SCORM courses
    • PowerPoint presentations
    • Word documents
    • PDF documents
    • Web-enabled videos
    • HTML pages
  • Branding of LMS home page header, as well as the “news page”, a mini-website located on the home page
  • Students able to work through training at their own pace
    • Bookmarking provided so students can return to the section they left off from the previous session
  • Assignment of training via organization (e.g., department, division, location, etc.), job, by person, or by set rules

  • Separate modes that control the features present, including:
    • Student Mode:  Students have access only to take courses and view their training plan
    • Manager Mode:  Managers can track, view progress of, and report on their employees
    • Administrator Mode:  System administrators configure and maintain the system, including adding/inactivating students, making training plan changes, uploading course materials and running reports
