Content Integration

Leverage your existing content and materials by integrating them into your Vivid training solution. Vivid’s Professional Services team is adept at repurposing existing content to run in an LMS, whether you are using one of Vivid’s LMS systems or your own LMS. Our team is skilled with all kinds of content integration, including SCORM, AICC, and custom integration. These capabilities greatly expand the universe of content that you can deploy in your training solution as they enable you to use any third-party content.

LMS Integration

Vivid’s LMS offerings can be integrated with your organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Human Resources Information System (HRIS).  Student information, such as account info, department affiliation, job, manager, etc. can be transferred from your system to the LMS. When an employee changes positions, moves between departments, has a new manager, etc., those changes are automatically fed into the LMS, immediately updating the individual’s training plan. Information such as course completions can be sent back to your ERP or HRIS system as well. These automatic exchanges of data can occur on any set frequency (daily, weekly, etc.).
